Party timing:
Party duration: 2 hours
The celebrating family may arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
Please plan to exit within 15 minutes after the event ends so our team can prepare for the next celebration
Additional time is available at $500 per hour, subject to availability
Our Terms and Conditions
Face painting is not allowed in our facility
Outside décor is not permitted, except for 1–2 small decorative items.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
Imagine Minds is a thoughtfully designed play-museum environment. The hosting family is responsible for any damage caused by their party group, and repair or replacement costs may apply if needed
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event date
Pet & Service Animal Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted inside Imagine Minds during birthday parties or private events.
Properly trained service animals are welcome as required by law and must remain under the handler’s control at all times.
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, comfort animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA.
Guests are responsible for any damage, cleaning, or disruption caused by their animal.
